Consultation
After the initial inquiry, we will set up a phone call or a virtual meeting so that I can understand what you need and the scope of the project. During our conversation, we will further discuss your brand and leave you with a better understanding of how I can assist you, estimate how much it will cost, and what is involved in the design process. This will give us chance to see if we are a good fit for one another!
Formal Proposal & Contract
If everyone goes well in our meeting and believes that we are a good match for each other, I will send you a formal proposal for our project. If you approve of everything, I will have you sign the proposal, and we can move forward with booking your project.
Booking & Deposit
A standard 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot in my schedule. This deposit is nonrefundable and is valid for one year from the invoice date.
Pre-Work & Homework
After you've secured your spot in my schedule. I will onboard you into my project management system where you will be asked to complete a brand guideline homework. This includes filling out my Brand Discovery Questionnaire, creating a Pinterest board, and providing website content, and photos to include on your website.
Inspire
So after filling out some questionnaires and providing information about your brand, now, it's time to create a mood board. A Mood board is s a type of visual presentation or 'collage' consisting of images, text, and samples of objects in a composition for your new brand. Once it's finished, I will send you a copy for you to review and request one revision so that you are satisfied with the direction.
Design
Once we have a clear vision of what your brand will look like, it's time to get working on your logo! During this phase, you will receive your second deliverable, which consists of one logo concept. Once you have received your logo, you may request up to two revisions (minor changes, not full redesigns) so that you are in love with your new logo design.
Brand Presentation
So at this stage, you will be able to finally see what your brand will look like. I will present your logo in a styled brand presentation. You will be able to see your logo in real-world situations and show you how your. new brand and logo can be used.
Brand Guidelines & Files
Upon completion of the remaining payments of your project. I will send over your complete digital Brand Guidelines and brand files. Brand Guidelines show you how to use your new brand moving forward. I'll outline your logo, variations, sub marks, colors, fons, and applications of your logo in this document. YOu will also receive all logo color combinations and necessary digital files, such as JPEG, PNG, SVG, and Ai

Design
During this phase I will start creating your website using the Wix editor, making sure to incorporate your new or existing brand into the design.
After your website has been designed to about 80% completion. i will send you a link to view your website. Here, you'll be able to note any comments or changes that you'd like to see.
Launch
Once your site is approved and the final payments have been made. I will launch your website. We will also schedule a time for us to virtually meet so that I can show you how to make changes and updates to your website.

2. How much does your service cost?
Each project will be different because of the type of work, timeline, and needs, but we will further discuss about your project and the package a custom quote will be sent to you.
3. What files will I receive from you?
You'll receive all the files you'll ever need for your business. These include: Ai, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPEG, PSD
4, Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, I do. A 50% deposit will be taken upon booking to secure your slot. This deposit is nonrefundable and is valid for one year from the invoice date. The remainder payment will be taken once the project is complete.
5. What website platforms do you use for designing a website?
I mostly use Wix, however, depending on a project I am comfortable using Shopify and WordPress to design your needs.
